We had a booth in the Heritage Building the week of the Greene County Fair, August 8-13, 2016. Thank you everyone who stopped by to see our many demos or just to find out more about the alpacas. Our main focus was to provide education and information on the various aspects of alpacas from the shearing to producing a final product from their very soft fiber.

I also entered a cuff bracelet that I had felted from our alpaca's fiber - won 1st in that class.

Also won numerous ribbons in the cut flower division, most of the flowers entered can be used in natural dyes.

The roses can be used as a dye source but on our farm they are the canary in the mine shaft for our vineyard.
